Product Support is critical to your success! A key part of Nexus' support to you is software updates for the products you have purchased. Nexus software updates are available to customers 24 hours a day through the Software Downloads section of our website. Product datasheets and manuals are also available and can be found on each product's page or, if you know the product, you can quickly get these documents from our Documents page.
With immediate online availability our customers are never without the latest software and documentation updates.

- Serial RapidIO (SRIO)
- NEX-SRIO now supports the Tektronix TLA7BB4 acquisition module, cutting the hardware requirements in half and allowing for full-duplex acquisition using one, 136-channel, TLA7BB4 acquisition module. Support also available for either Tektronix P6960 or P6860 logic analyzer probes.
- DDR3-1333 Oscilloscope NEXVu's
- Industry's first DDR3 validation DIMMs designed to be used with an oscilloscope.
- DDR3 Sample Point Automation & Analysis

- Industry's first DDR3-1333 (PC3-10600) (VDIMM) logic analyzer support.
- DDR3-1067 Interposer
- DDR3-1067 (or slower) interposer with a significantly reduced keep-out volume and built-in logic analyzer probe leashes.
